Common questions.

How do I install an ia. app?

Find the app on the Shopify App Store and click "Add app." You'll be redirected to your Shopify admin to approve permissions. The app is ready to use immediately — no API keys or configuration files needed.

How do I enable the Theme App Extension?

After installing, go to your Shopify admin → Online Store → Themes → Customize. In the theme editor, find the app block in the left sidebar under "App embeds" and toggle it on. That's it — the app will start working on your storefront.

What happens if I uninstall?

All ia. apps use Theme App Extensions, which means nothing is injected into your theme files. When you uninstall, everything is removed cleanly with no leftover code or broken templates.

Do your apps work with my theme?

Our apps work with all Shopify themes that support Online Store 2.0, which includes Dawn, Sense, Craft, and all modern paid themes. If you're on an older legacy theme, reach out and we'll let you know.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

All billing is handled through Shopify. To cancel, go to your Shopify admin → Settings → Billing → App subscriptions and remove the app. You won't be charged again after cancellation.

I found a bug. How do I report it?
